Dear Tonya, Bruce and family,

It was a privilege to be able to care for Ruby. I am sorry that I am unable to attend the memorial service due to today's hospice schedule. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you will find comfort in knowing that Ruby's suffering is over and she is free of pain and sorrow. God bless.
