I was the office manager at the physical plant for 3 years and had the privilege of working with Alan.  He was a joy to work with and I always enjoyed talking with him!  He was fun to laugh with and had an amazing outlook on life.  Though I haven't been in contact with him for years, I can still hear his laugh and see his smile!  Had I known before tonight, I would have come to celebrate his life with you.  God used him in mighty ways!  I pray for God's comfort through this tough time on this earth, yet hopeful time as you look toward eternity!

Alan and I were school mates back at Towncrest Junior High School before his move to Millersburg and I remember him well.  Always thought of him when it was time to plan class reunions and wondered where he ended up.  Didn't realize he lived so close.  I was delighted to read of his mighty service to our Lord!  May God's peace and comfort be with his family.

Alan was one of my best buds in school until he  moved.  I have often wondered where he was and what he was doing.  I am not surprised that he was doing our Lord's work.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  Heaven's gain is this world's loss.

I was so sad to hear the news of Alan's passing.  I have such fond memories of his quick smile and witty comments at the softball diamond.  He always kept perspective for his younger teammates.  He will be greatly missed.

You will be in my prayers as you continue your journey with this crucial piece missing.

Much love,
Chris Broni

To family of Alan Leinbach:
I'm deeply saddened by Alan's passing.  I always remember him as a hard worker, good student, and competitor.  He was a fine young man. He was a student of mine in high school and he played basketball, track, and cross country for me.
Many fond memories.

His former  teacher and coach at Millersburg,    Toby Kidder

The hurt for me is still very real, so I know how you must be feeling. There is the hope in Christ and His great love, and yet the empty spot in our hearts. Am praying for you.
